Salted Caramel and Chocolate Mousse Easter Eggs




With Easter almost upon us get ready for some delicious chocolate and Easter related recipes this weekend! 🐰 🍫


But before that let’s throw it back to this time last year when I made Vegan Salted Caramel and Chocolate Mousse Easter Eggs! 🙌



INGREDIENTS


250g Dark Chocolate


Caramel:


1 cup dates2 tbsp. tahini2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)1tbsp. maple syruppinch of salt3 tbsp. water

Chocolate Mousse: 


1 cup coconut cream1 tbsp. maple syrup1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)3-4 tbsp. cacao powder
